What types of products do you make?
We create personalized laser-engraved gifts and home décor including cutting boards, tumblers, ornaments, signs, kitchen items, seasonal décor, and much more. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, just ask!
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! Custom orders are some of our favorite projects. Whether it’s a name, logo, handwritten recipe, special message, or a completely new idea, we’d love to help bring it to life.
How long does it take to make items?
Most orders are completed within 4–7 business days. Custom designs or larger orders may take a little longer. Need it sooner? Reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials depending on the product. Most of our items are made from maple, birch, or hickory, but we also offer stainless steel tumblers, acrylic, leather, and more.
How do I order something personalized?
It’s easy! Fill out our custom order form with as much information as you can. We’ll review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours to discuss the details and next steps.
Can I use my own handwriting or recipe?
Yes! We can engrave handwritten recipes, notes, signatures, and other handwritten keepsakes on many of our products. We only need a picture of the piece and we can take care of the rest!
Can you engrave my business logo?
Absolutely! We work with businesses, organizations, and teams to create personalized gifts, promotional items, awards, and more.
Can I see a proof before my item is made?
Yep, if a design proof is needed, we’ll send one for your approval before engraving begins.
