At Blue Fox Designs, we put care into every item and want you to be happy with your order. If we make a mistake or your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement, just contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Because each piece is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please double-check all names, dates, and details before submitting your order, as we create each item based on the information you provide.
